“Fantastic Service!!

Reviewed 20 July 2017 : During a visit to Krakow, my wife and I were advised by friends to book our airport transfers and tours through Around Krakow. Having never used this type of service before, I didn’t expect much, but WOW, we arrived at airport and driver was there with name card, we then got into a fab classy car that took us to our hotel, and the driver carried my wife’s bag. I had booked to do a trip to the camp and salt mines in one day, so driver picked us up from the hotel in a top of the range BMW and made poor us feel like royalty. The driver explained everything, got us our tickets, drove us to both camps and to the mines with such ease. He was so so nice, he even stopped off to let my wife do the Polish lotto lol the trip back to airport went like clockwork, so much so I just had to recommend this company!! Super value and quality service the whole trip!! Defiantly helped make it such a memorable trip to Poland

Reviewed 26 February 2017 : Just a note to thank you again for service that yourself and the two drivers provided for us while we were in Krakow.
As it was last we came to Krakow and used your service,as normal it ran like clockwork, from meeting us at the airport to the day trip to Aushwitzs and recommending a few bars and restaurants for us to try both drivers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
My wife loved your beautiful city and we will return again later this year or early next year and will be dropping you a line to sort out transport for us.

“A must for Krakow”

Reviewed 14 March 2013 : I booked transfers from and to the airport. On checking the details of other tours I decided to use Around Krakow to take my group (4 of us ) to the other places we decide to visit. The Mercedes people carriers used were excellent, the drivers punctual and knowledgeable. I would definite recommend groups to book this company, they offer a great service for a very good rate.

Reviewed 13 March 2013: The cars are new and clean. The drivers punctual, polite and informative. The cost extremely reasonable, especially if a group of four or more. Would not hesitate to fully recommend them.

Reviewed 5 March 2013 : An absolutely superb taxi service offered by this company. Simple online booking process and competitive prices. The driver, Lucas, speaks excellent English, and is prompt, professional and courteous at all times. I would not hesitate to book them again for my next visit to Krakow, which will be very soon.

Reviewed 25 February 2013: I can not recommend around Krakow private tours ENOUGH!!! they were absolutely brilliant from moment I arranged the transfer from the airport. The booking process is easy and efficient. They will go over and above to make your trip a fantastic experience. We had Lucas as our driver from the airport, he even picked us up from a different airport as we had been diverted by the snow…. this did not phase him at all, his English was brilliant!! The following day we had booked to go to Auschwitz and Birkenau – a must for any visit to Krakow . Lucas was our driver again he was again, prompt, courteous and could not have been more helpful!! We were a party of 6 who comfortably were able to travel together in a clean and spacious vehicle. Hopefully I will return to Krakow in the future, and when I do I will definitely use around Krakow private tours.

Reviewed 9 February 2013: We organised and contacted around krakow via email, responses were quick and prices were reasonable so we booked and were not disappointed. We were greeted by our driver Lucas at the airport, he was very friendly and his English was good. He took us to the vehicle which was clean and spacious, we first visited Aucshwitz, Lucas went in and ordered our tickets and explained where to go, when we finished the tour he was waiting inside to meet us, we returned to the vehicle and on our seats in the car was a bag with a drink and polish treats, which was a pleasant suprise. we then went to the salt mine, again he booked our tickets and was there when we were finished. He then took us to our hotel! We had an amazing day and would highly recommend this company, they are very professional and provide an excellent service. Thanks for a great day!

Reviewed 23 January 2013: Arranged very reasonably priced transfer from airport with “Around Krakow”, such pleasant guy met us – so very patient – and took us to our hotel. We also asked about trip which they immediately text me to arrange, again very reasonably priced. Our transfer back to airport was prompt and again so very patient and helpful. would thoroughly recommend
