1. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

After completeing on-line booking form you will receive the confirmation e-mail.

2. How do I find my driver?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport holding a table with your name. Then he will collect you and your luggage from the arrivals hall and shuttle you to your chosen destination.

3. What happens if I cannot find my driver?

Please contact Around Krakow office (number on booking confirmation form).

4. I have lost my luggage. Will Around Krakow collect it for me later?

All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your address.

5. I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?

Please call Around Krakow office. We will try to help you.

6. Can I have a receipt?

You can get a receipt by request from your driver.

7. I have lots of luggage, will there be room?

Our vehicles are Mercedes Vito with the largest luggage space, so there will be no problem with fitting your luggage. Please inform us of such items as skiis, bikes, etc. in advance.

8. Is the transfer direct?

Yes, of course. This is transfer from place of meeting to destination point.

9. Does the driver speak English?

All Around Krakow drivers do speak English.

10. What type of vehicles do you have?

Our vehicles are brand new Mercedes Vito with double air-condition.

11. Does my shuttle or private transfer drop me at the door of my accommodation?

Door to door service – we drop you off at the indicated adress.

12. Can I change the reservation date of my transfer?

Send an e-mail at booking@aroundkrakow.pl or call Around Krakow office reffering to reservation number (booking confirmation) and wait up to 12 hours for confirmation.

13. What currency are your rates in?

All prices are quoted in Euros and Polish Zloty. But they are charged in Polish Zloty as it is still the only official currency in Poland. If You want to pay in EUR, GBP or USD you have to discuss it with the driver.

14. Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?

We have only private transfers and tours for you and your fellow passengers.
